Telkom - Stay away

Telkom is absolutely pathetic. They owe us around R2000 now since September and every time we query it (which is about 15 times now), we either get an email saying they need more info, though I don't know what else I can supply or they mark it off as complete. They now say we owe them triple what we pay a month and when querying it with billing they say they can't see the invoice and can't help us. Absolutely pathetic!! The after-sales service and help is non-existent and having to beg for my money back is not how a company of this size should work. Stay away, you're better off with another internet provider!!!
