Telkom stay away

If you are not in the claws of Telkom - STAY AWAY. The worst company regarding changing options, wrong billing, lack of change of address, lack of correct spelling of name and surname. Ever promising - never putting through the corrections. 20 January changed (downgrading) option - have ref number. Still get wrong bill. Cost me this morning R100+ from own mobile, (yes, because the "new" Telkom phone signal is too terrible and very often dropping calls) just receiving sms giving a case number, like before. Expect next month wrong bill again. Not holding my breath.
