Telkom star

After a month of battling non- returned phone, calls, false promises and unhelpful staff at Telkom service centres, I today came across a real shining star in Wandile at the Telkom mobile sales call centre. Not only did he promise to sort out my problem, he actually did, by doing as he promised he called back and spent 30 min understanding an resolving what should have been a very simple fix of my mobile internet connection. Well done young man. Your service levels are exemplary.
