Telkom stands for *******

Dear Telkom, you have been trying to debit my account without out my permission for the last two months! I do not have an account with you or have I tried to open one. When I called to find out what is happening you, I gave you my ID number and I was informed that the account under my wife’s full name but with my ID number. How does that work when I’m a man first off and where are all the signed documents and proof of ID that you used to open this account, which you can’t show us. On further investigation you told me that this account is being used for data for three phone numbers that are not ours. I asked to cancel the account as it is not ours and I was told to phone sales, which give you the biggest run around! To put it as clearly as possible you’re robbing me and there is nothing I can do to stop it! Telkom sort it out!
