Telkom staff using **** Fica documents to open accounts

I have complained to Telkom before about this and nothing has been done. Every month I received bills for Telkom customers using my FICA details and Often the Sherrif comes to my door with a summons for these people. Telkom assured me that they have addressed the problem, but every month there are new subscribers using my details. The latest is the **********, Mr. Tristan Potgieter ********** 003 and Mr. Johannes Jacobus Marthinus Van Dyk ********** 738. I assume these people are added with **** credentials by Telkom staff as I supp**** Telkom with my Fica documents when I app**** for a service some time ago. The only thing is that these documents are older than 3 months, so how do Telkom staff still use the **** credentials when they open an account? I am also complaining to the Department of Treasury for contravening the Fica regulations.
