Telkom Staff too Busy on their Phones to Assist Clients

The staff at Telkom branch need to stop making clients wait to be attended while they are busy taking their private calls and figitting on their phones. The black guy specifically (I didn't get his name) had me waiting while he was busy attending a personal call, even then, the black lady there didn't bother herself to at least take over as she too was too occupied with her phone while the indian lady was at least attending a client whom I found waiting while the latter 2 were minding their phones. I was so annoyed as this person made me wait while he was busy on the phone that he also went in the back and came back STILL on the phone and had the person on hold while talking to me. I did leave VERY disappointed and REALLY did not expect that service from that branch. I usually get good service but for some odd reason, today everyone there was JUST minding their phones than helping clients.
