Telkom staff they are *********** especially wonderpark store!

My name is Malesela Andries Chaba,On wednesday(2024/01/17)I went to Telkom Store in wonderpark mall to take out an LTE Data plan 160GB (80GB anytime data +80GB night surfer data)Which was going to be R239-00pm×24 including an E5576 mifi router, when i get to the store, I was assisted by a lady by the name of Paulinah (i heard her colleagues addressing her by that name)Paulinah informed me that she doesn't have router now, but we can proceed with the application as soon as she gets stock(router)she will phone me to which i didn't have a problem with it, hence i handed all documents she requested, she then informed me that my application had been approved after processing my application.

I then received a phone call on Wednesday (2024/01/24 from wonderpark Telkom store, and it was Paulinah, she phoned me to inform me that my router is ready for collection at the store to which i was happy, as i have been waiting for it, I went to the store to collect my router, i was assisted by Paulinah 's colleague. I noticed that my name were written incorrectly on my contract, she then suggested that Paulinah must lodge an incident so that my name can be corrected, but i was surprised by Paulinah 's respond.She(Paulinah)told her colleague that the is nothing she can do(in my presence)I felt humiliated and stupid as they were other customers inside the store and she(Paulinah)was loud.I inform the lady that was assisting me that i am not going to take the router until my name is correctly written, To which Paulinah then just said that she is going to cancel my router, and you can see that Paulinah was even enjoying telling me that she is going to cancel it,I left the store heartbroken.
