Telkom staff not worried about clients

Good Day

I was told by Telkom that there is no infrastructure at my premises. I have complained to Telkom previously and asked Lebo on facebook why there is network points with telkoms name on it in my house if there is no infrastructure? Guess what I got back? "Hi. as previously stated there is no infrastructure .Lebo" What the hell??? I am highly irate now, they cant even put an effort into a query! PATHETIC
