Telkom staff not professional and they don't understand what they are doing

I've been calling telkom to ask them to unlock my account since it is suspended. Everyone hv different story. I'm so heartbroken I don't where will I get help and now I feel like they're doing me a favor to help. Telkom is nonsense your staff are so rude and not professional and I think they don't even know what they are doing coz everyone is telling their own different stories😢😫😫
