Telkom ... *****s and *****..

I am awaiting my order from 1 december 2020. I have called in 4 times to query it and have been told 4 different stories. 1. The couriers have picked the package and you will receive tomorrow. 2. You have been advised incorrectly, there is no stock. Once we receive stock today we will send it out. 3. The pacakge is ready for collection the courier is going to pick it up anytime today. 4. Your order has not even been captured yet. We have to escalate your claim. The staff all lie, they don't check anything on the system. But they are very fast to debit your account. So you pay for a contract that you are unable to use. Sis telkom.
