Telkom staff leaks personal info

How can telkom staff give out personal info to any person not having anything to do with my account? Some enployee in the vaal area is giving my info to my mother in law and the acount is on my name. I canceled due to bad service and now this person is feeding my info without my knowing or concent. Is that how Telkom does bussiness?
