Telkom staff lack of professionalism

It would be nice if the customer was treated with respect in terms of staff maturity. These youngsters which telkom is hiring lack morel respect towards customers, fail to understand the customers frustration caused by telkom & laugh behind the customer's back. I recommend telkom train up there staff & stick to an older age group thats matured for the job, who is capable of undergoing proper training. At century city (cape town) staff cant assist one & can only provide the customer with a number to phone to sort out the issue. One has to travel all the way to a Milnerton branch to be helped but still, only one person out of the 3 staff on duty is fully trained. But again the customer is made fun off.
