Telkom staff is rude and NOT helpfull

2017/10/19 So since 8:11 this morning I have been trying to get help/answers from Telkom call center... And since 8:11 this morning till now 12:05 NO ONE at Telkom can help me or give me answers instead they transfer me to this and that department EVERYTIME I call (I've called 12 times already...) Then they give me 'the correct number' to call... It's an AFRICAN BANK number... Then they transfer me to the 'correct' department... I was on hold listening to their lies of being 'friendly staff' for 25.36 minutes... Still no answers... I am now sick and tired to being sent left and right and not getting ANY help from them, you are a call center for crying out loud!! Stop 'transferring' clients to 'the correct' department when it is in fact NOT THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT and assist them!!!

Telkom is 1 thing... USELESS!!
