Telkom Staff - ***********, not reliably

I’ve been using this network provided for over +2 years, I’m utterly disgusted by Telkom. I feel staff members are not fully equip with the right information, and misleads the customers with the wrong information. When I app**** for a contract they told me my insurance will be cancelled once my contract duration is over, however I’ve been paying insurance for + 6 months, I called in to query this, a consultant ( Celester Galant ) confirmed with a manager and advise me I shouldn’t be paying insurance. I spoke to a Manager called Levi Mekane today, regarding my Telkom insurance being continued after my contract ended, he then said I should cancel the insurance with Finrite, and he would investigate and get back to me before 3pm. After speaking to a manager I feel like my query is never going to be resolved. His *********** and shows no empty whatsoever I decided to call back after the time has passed; instead a Consultant put me on hold for 26 minutes. I need feedback on this case ASAP, and I feel like Telkom staff/ Manager are *********** and need training as not everyone knows the process.
