telkom staff hack internet and use all our monthly data.

Good day Telkom is supposed to be a service provider that takes care of their clients, yet their staff hack our internet and download movies , music etc. I am sick and tired of having no data come the first two weeks of the month because of the staff at call centres etc. using the internet. It is absolutely ridiculous that we are expected to pay so much money and then the staff hack our data.
