Telkom staff false promises

Telkom consultants very ***********, their service is the worst I have ever received. Had a billing quirey back in July till to date I have been getting promises that they will invistigate and revert back to me. Even this morning I spoke to a consultant who even sent an email to her manager and copied me in the email. Promised they will get back to me at 11h00am till now I am waiting... When your contract is about to finish they cheat people... So disgusted by their service..
