Telkom staff extremely rude and arrogant

I went to Telkom in Colonnade Retail yesterday after having my router repaired for the 3rd time since December 2015 and the 5th time in 23 months. Even the phones on TelkomSA network are overheating to such an extent that it will not switch on for at least an hour. I tried to explain to this rude white woman at the counter my problem and was promptly told that the only solution was to send it for repairs. I had just received it 2 days prior from a repair and cannot operate like this. She was busy perusing her paperwork while I was trying to explain that I need another means of assistance. On a previous occasion she told a customer that if he did not like her attitude he could leave the shop. Another observation; she is forever going outside to smoke while there is a 1 to 2 hour waiting queue and will walk around trying to look busy so that she does not have to attend to customers. Telkom should seriously get rid of her as she is a very bad example for Telkom that already has serious customer issues. Get the manager to phone me or I will berate her every time I go there. I am a customer????
