Telkom staff cannot get worse than Eikastad mall so stay away

Writing this review boils me all from over. I opened my contract in store in Eikastad mall and informed the consultant three times please ensure its capped and that I don't pay extra. With my husband as my witness, he said he completed that action but I knew deep down he probably didn't as he seemed half asleep and uninterested in working future. Luwandle was he's name and because of he's poor listening s****s I must now pay extra R400!!!!

How pathetic! I called into the call centre, wrote complaints yet nothing is done about it. I'm so angry and regret going to telkom!
