Telkom staff cannot active a sim card

Telkom was suppose to cancel our internet end of term contract but they cancel our smart voice … our small business had no income this whole month because Telkom cannot re active our sim again … We have been waiting for somebody to phone back for more than a month … they just said they are busy with it.
