Telkom STAFF are untrained and just stupid

I am a Vodacom customer, that wanted to switch to Telkom. However it has been a nightmare. Staff that have no idea what they are doing. Each story is different. I have been to the store twice, and have had endless calls with them. Call be ASAP for full story
