telkom staff always have a bas attitude

went to telkom store to ge my cell fone upgraded,when we got there all the staff dont really want to help you <br> we did fill i all the form and gave proof of rissedents she said she will call the next day (wednesday) if we could collect the fone because the system is slow yesterday thursday we went back to the store what a waiste of time once again they dont really want to assist you when we asked for help ooohh noothey cant do anything their systems are down for 5 days when i asked to speak to a manager shes not here when i asked for her contact details she gave me a number witch i have been calling thursday the hole day no answer i told her no one answers ooohh its because the fone at the back and nobody is there i dont see why the store is still open!!!!!!
