Telkom *********** staff

For over Two months I've been trying o get Telkom to fix my landline. Their staff is100% ***********. Every time I went o the telkom office in Clearwater mall the informed me here is nothing wrong with my non working landline. Ive been there every two weeks to beg hem to repair / re4store my phone. Two weeks ago the person at Clearwater Telkom suddenly informed me it is now the handset/desktop instrument so I purchased a new handset and yet they couldn't get it working. Last week they told me my line is cancelled!!!!!! I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO CANCELL MY LINE. now they give all stupid excuses because thy are *********** and unable to restore my line. There is obviously ***** involved as I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO CANCELL MY LINE. Their rude staff will do anything to brush you off onto someone else. They rather spend 20 minutes giving you some lame excuse then to to do a 5 min job. Their staff will do anything not to serve the clients.
