Telkom Stable Fibre?
Our fibre line has now been out for nearly two weeks ********** on Circuit B ********** 67). I was told that fibre will be more stable than ADSL (it obviously is not when a cable get's taken out by a truck). I understand the situation, but with probably more than 20 new users linking to the specific fibre line you would have thought it will receive higher priority. Come Telkom, just when I thought things were getting better... the two technicians from Open Serve visiting us was really great and efficient in locating the problem.
Something like this is terrible for a small business!

03 May 2018, 04:41Thank you Telkom! Fibre problem was sorted shortly after I paid R50 to Hellopeter to escalate (whether this had any impact I am not sure as I had no correspondence from Hellopeter). It is a relief to have fibre back and after previous much longer struggles with Telkom I have to again improve my star rating for Telkom (still lots of room for improvement though).
