Telkom Springs mall

I should be rating the service on -100 as I have been using my 081 number for 7 years and was recently mobbed and I cannot be assisted. I bought the Sim from a telkom vendor and have all the proof of all transactions from day one but I'm told I can not do a Sim swap. They didn't have a problem taking my money as I recharged with nothing less than R400 a month and buying Data monthly. What a whole lot of bull **** statement
