TELKOM SPRING CHA-CHING PROMOTIONAL DATA IS A ****

I Bought 10G data promotion at R115, was only able to access this data the first day or two, now I am sitting with about 9GIG that I can't use, doesn't matter how many times I refresh my phone, which part of the city I'm at, The damn data doesn't work and this has been very upsetting and inconvenience as I really needed and still need this data. To make this worse I can't even get through to their customer care line, they redirected me to this freaken whatsapp line which is soooo useless as there is no options whatsoever to assist my problem. TELKOM I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MAKE THIS DAMN DATA OF YOUR WORK!!!I have really had it with this network, give me my damn money then we can part ways BYE!!!!!
