Telkom - spiteful, cheap little company. STAY AWAY!

<p>Due to Telkom's incomptence in restoring my internet connectivity (over a month and counting), I have decided to take my business elsewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>I filled out the necessary forms and requested cancellation of my DSL line and data bundle, and emailed and faxed same to Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>They now inform me that to place my line in the Telkom Wholesale holding pool, so that my new internet service provider can take over, will take THIRTY days. Absolutely spiteful!</p> <p> </p> <p>I wonder whether the Telkom directors and shareholders know how their employees are busy running the company into the ground...</p>
