Telkom Spend Limit Gotcha Good!!!!

<p>I have had a internet contact with Telkom for over four years and have never come across this spend limit buzz word however today i received and account for R445.15 more than i pay on my monthly contract when quering it I was told that i had a spend limit of R500 i dont even know what that is they are now so quick to explain it to me however when the contract was signed nothing was mentioned I know telkom is desperate for business but to stoop to this level really it is sad to target innocent people </p>
