Telkom speed on LTE is ridiculous.

I have an Telkom LTE fast broadband contract with Telkom and I have full 4G signal at home. It ran the first couple of moths like a dream at 20mbps download and around 15mbps upload speed. Now I get 0.5mbs download but still 15mbps upload speed. Some where in your network you are throttling us. I log it on twitter and in 3 days it all runs smoothly. After 3 days it is back where it is. The connectivity is there but you are deliberately down sizing our download links. Great sales pitch on 50mbps download speed but in reality it is terrible.
