Telkom - Speach Only?

I have continued difficulties with Telkom. It is impossible to get e-mail contact with them. I have the suspicion that they do not want the customer to have any record of transactions with them. One of their numerous glib agents gave me the number *** to phone, but there is no answer there. I am an old person and hard of hearing. All I want is an e-mail address with a live person at the other end that I can contact. Could you perhaps assist?
