Telkom Southgate have *********** staff

I have never in my entire life had such buyers remorse. I have been having endless problems with my HP laptop that I took under contract from the Southgate mall branch. I have been running up and down, trying to call....I think I've out done myself right now. The worst part is the phone is never answered or it's constantly engaged. I want them to stuff their laptop where it doesn't shine. I'm extremely sorry for ever putting foot in their store. I'm paying for something I can not use.
