Telkom southgate has bad service

Im so ****ed with the service i have received from telkom southgate, i have just renewed my contract for a deal that has 2 cellphone but i still havent received my second phone. they keep telling me i will be contacted. its been 4 weeks now no-one is contacting me and everytime i call the store, they keep saying they will check. this is so frastrating. ive never seen such bad service.. im just want to cancel the whole contract with them. 😤😤😤
