Telkom - south africa's most *********** telecom provider.
I urge consumers NOT to get themselves involved with Telkom. Cancellation is a nightmare and they continuously debit your account, even though they have handed you a form which contains a firm undertaking that the account will be cancelled within thirty days. This company are ******* and action should be taken.

Thank you for your response however I have received many undertakings in the past with regards to escalating the matter and following up on it and nothing has come of it since then, so do forgive me if I am sceptical. I have email threads to prove it too.
I will wait it out for three weeks, giving telkom the benefit of the doubt but I am not impressed with your service and maintain my viewpoint in my initial post.
