TELKOM SOUTH AFRICA IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for a paid up letter from Telkom SA since the 9th of September, due to Telkom's negligence to communicate with their customers, I have to call them every second to third day for the last two months to request information, and NO0THING happens. Every time you call, you speak to a new agent that has NO IDEA what to do and they "escalate" the matter, but none of the escalations gets followed up.

Absolutely the most ****TIEST service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
