Telkom South Africa and Blake and Associates abuse

In August 2021, Telkom deducted money from my bank account. I reversed the deduction because I do not have an account or contract with Telkom. I then went to their outlet in Canal walk Mall, they told me that I took two cellphone in contract. I said that was incorrect. They said they want case number, affidavit, ID Copy, and 3 months bank statement for them to check if I did not take the cellphones. I spent my time collecting all those documents and sent to them. After few weeks, I received an SMS to say they checked it appears its *****. they have cancelled the contracts. I do not owe them. They apologized for inconvenience.

May 2022, I got a call from Blake and Associates saying they are sent by Telkom to collect money that I owe Telkom. I told Blake and Associates that I do not owe Telkom. They insisted without giving me proof that I must pay. I said they must go to court but they say they will annoy me until pay.

I contacted Telkom they say I must again send case number, affidavit, ID Copy, and 3 months bank statement for them to confirm that I do not owe. At thi stage they must just give office in telkom to prove that I d not owe Telkom. They said I must email these documents but the email addresses they gave me bounce, they gave another one in Twitter, it also bounce.

How evil can a company be? Knowing very well that I do not owe them but they want my money
