TELKOM SORT YOUR BILLS OUT!!!

Okay so after 4 months of complaining the billing department phone me and said the owe me nothing when for 4 months I paid R1049.. so Mrs P Madikane of the billing department with her attitude said they don’t owe me money because there is usage on.. FIRSTLY she doesn’t know her job (what’s new with telkom) the usage for September was TELKOM TECHNICIAN THAT USED THE DATA.. clearly she’s to *********** to even realize that.. (I took that debit order back yesterday) then I left that lte roother in my cupboard so I did I use it when it was in my cupboard????? The only usage there could’ve been was when I asked the call center if I can take it to my brother to get tested THEY SAID ITS FINE!!!! Cuz that way I could put this nightmare behind me!! Telkom just stole my money they are ******* with *********** staff!!!!!
