Telkom some hope? nahhh...still the worst network provider in SA!

Hello Peter needs to develop a zero-star rating which will still be better than what you experience with Telkom. Absolutely terrible service as expected by Telkom. i have called in 7 times with the call getting disconnected each time without a single call center agent calling me back. Unprofessional and disgusting service! from sending requests on their "self-service" portals to them telling me someone will contact me. Waiting for 5 days just by the way.

Do not try to call 081180 as this number is useless, calls will disconnect and no one will call you back. You go through more voice prompts that waste your time only to speak to someone for 10 seconds and the call disconnects.

DO NOT JOIN THIS NETWORK !!! absolute joke, no customer service, no professionalism. They do not care about customers.
