Telkom sold my device without consent....

Telkom Sandton refused to repair my device that i received from their company as replacement,they been telling me that they are investigating.after they completed investigations ,they became aware that is theirs but they sold my device without informing me and am still paying insurance.i ve been there the agent that helped me recently gave me papers of their investigation he said (he will follow and he will inform me)it has been a month now...this matter has been going for 3 years.always wen u go there their manager is no where to be found they will tell u stories.
