Telkom sold me a bad product and added terrible services to it

Telkom sold me a router with my ADSL line it is a "AZTECH TELKOM" Router. The router has had many issues but telkom always says reset the router to get internet , this occurs so frequently , i end up spending hours with call center agents logging faults in hope that oneday telkom will realise how hopeless this device is and service they provide. The call center seems to have a standard voice setup that say "WE ARE EXPERIENCING HIGH CALL VOLUMES" I wait i hour each time to get through then at the end they ask for my admin user and wifi password and they reset my router.....etc.etc.

The buck stops here Today when i said to myself unless telkom employs me to do their technical work im cancelling their poor lack of internet service.
