Telkom Social Media Team - Great Interaction

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Charl on the Social Media team to try and sort our CRC errors on my ADSL line and was pleasantly surprised at how effective he was with getting back to me as well as trying to sort out my problem. He would get back to me promptly and went the extra mile to explain what he had changed on my line. Some of the other ISPs could take lessons from Charl on how to deal with their customers. Keep up the great work.
