TELKOM SOC DISCONNECTS INTERNET SERVICE FOR NO REASON

The mentally challenged Telkom boffs decided to terminate our internet line, which is linked to a fibre service with Metrofibre. No communication, no notice, no engagement. Our account is up to date, and in fact, has a credit balance most months...

So now, we have had no internet access since Saturday night...and it took all of this time for Metrofibre to investigate and determine this as the root cause.
