telkom so bad they are even ********

take from u com ie Telkom bills even when service is not working they bill r 614 per month for which I am supposed to get many landline and cell phone calls . I cant pay any and now have a hefty cell phone bill and Telkom bill . <br> will Telkom refund like they promise when and if they fix my line based on ther current record, no.<br> as they did not find my adsl line deposit when I cancelled cos line didn't work .
