TELKOM SO BAD

How can a company be allowed to be this bad and still operate in this country, has our standards really dropped so much that this is accepted.? Telkom may now boast that it is not a state owned entity, guess where the money came from to establish this company.

Now Telkom is being protected by the government, reports of Telkom blacklisting people without a valid reason (causing untold problems and a waste of time) and Telkom using debit orders approved when accounts was app**** for to deduct money even though no service is delivered and/or when contracts are cancelled ( even after Telkom acknowledges that the service was cancelled) Seems that they are allowed to do just what they want- if this was a private company operating on this scale they would have been investigated and some control put in place by the government.

Telkom is losing customers, but the protection afforded to this once excellent company now gone to the dogs is still too high, they should not be in business at all, the acceptance of their bad behaviour reflects just the dependancy of our community on them.
