Telkom snail speed service

<p>I went to the Telkom Menlo park store today and the service was very very slow I had to stand on a que for more than an hour even though there were only three of us on the que, what irritated me the most is that I counted 10 consultants but only three were helping. When I I asked one of them to give some clarity on why I was not getting any help she gave me such an attitude saying the consults were cleaners they can't help me. After more than an hour when the que had about 8 people that's when one of the ladies who was pointed out as a cleaner came to ask if she can help. I explained I why I was there and she logged on to one of the computers and started to help me. Shocking since she was pointed out as a cleaner. I was disappointed with Telkom since the always talk about bolt speed but their service is snail speed </p>
