Telkom: smoke and mirrors and just plain lies

You have rep**** to my complaints on both Hello Peter and Twitter making me feel comfortable that I will not get charged again following my cancellation from 4 months ago but I just received another bill from you guys! When will this end, so damn tired of chasing this company to do their job.
