Telkom smites first. Ask questions later.

Recently I made a payment upfront before my due date. Only for telkom to not realized that I paid. They send me an sms saying I must pay my mobile contract or ignore the sms if I paid. So I ignored the sms because I paid. And because they gave me that option. Than telkom send some weird codes to my phone that result in my sim being cut of from the network. I than bought a new sim and contacted them about the matter with my proof of payment. It's now the 16th and they are still trying to fix it. The codes they now sending to my phone in attempt to fix their mess shows errors. I paid for a service that I'm not been using for half of the month now.
