Telkom Smartphone Stock Issues

My previous smartphone broke about 2 months ago due to water damage. I then decided to do some research to ensure that my next phone is water resistant. I saw the Huawei Mate 10 Pro for R449 in one of Telkom's deal brochures. After some online research, I found that they had an online deal for the Huawei Mate 10 Pro for R349 per month including 1Gb freeme bundle. I app**** immediately and received my an SMS on the 8th of October to notify me that I will be contacted to complete my application. Telkom got in touch with me and my order was completed after some struggles with their slow system speeds. The lady confirmed that I will be receiving my smartphone in about 2 weeks. The debit order went off on the 16th of October, and now almost a month later, they are still waiting for stock to arrive...

I really want this specific smartphone, and currently I am borrowing a ****py phone from a friend. Telkom cant even confirm when stock will arrive, and at the moment I am doubting if they will ever be receiving stock... And yet, they are still advertising the smartphone on their website...
