Telkom Smart broadband Wireless 5GB Double data Promo

Signed up for the Telkom Smart Broadband Wireless 5GB Double the Data promo on the 27/01/2018 for R199/month. Telkom only gave me 10GB of data i.e. 5GB Day and 5GB Night surfer Data instead of the 10GB Day and 10GB Night Surfer Data as per my agreement. Logged a case with them on the 01/02/2018 and was told it would take 72 hours to resolve...guess what...I'm still waiting. I have called the call centre several times and each time I'm given the run around from agents and team leaders. Always get promised a Call back but nobody calls. I'm fed up now. I have reported the matter to the National Consumer Commission as of today. I will never take another contract from Telkom. They have breached the agreement that I have with them and **** to me. I would advise anyone considering the promo not to go ahead with it as u will not get what you signed up for and they will give you the run around.
