Telkom slower than a sloth. Service doesn’t exist in their vocabulary

Telkom is a third party service provider to Vox Telecom. They never respond in their turn around time. They keep on making empty promises and are just useless. I’m paying for a Service with Vox telecom that apparently can’t do anything without telkom’s technicians
