Telkom slow service

<p>We logged a complaint on Friday (3rd of February) and we were told that the lines got switched. Telkom told us that they will get to it ASAP and yet we are still waiting. There service is completely unacceptable. The reference number is: 927CRK030217 ID ********** 679.</p>
