Telkom slow service

I have ported my number from Vodacom on Monday 01/07 and i am still waiting for my number to be ported. I even phoned vodacom and they said that my number is pending. WHY does this take so long and i as the customer need to run around.

this is ridiculous. i am tired of calling your departments to get answers, Please give me my number that i have asked for 3 days ago.
